To stay strong, sharp and healthy as a senior, seniors should maintain a regular exercise routine that includes endurance (walking), strength, balance & flexibility activities. Nutritionally, one should consume a well-balanced whole-food diet including plenty of lean protein. Maintaining social connections and engaging with others is vital for both mood and purpose. Challenging your mind with new hobbies, activities and skills improves cognitive functions and enhances emotional well-being.
