🌿 Welcome to Mindful Mondays at Bryant Street Market! 🌿Join us every Monday for a rejuvenating journey into wellness and fitness, where we alternate between two invigorating classes: Yoga by Kasia and VXN Workouts. It's the perfect start to your week!🧘‍♀️ Yoga by Kasia: Immerse yourself in the serene world of yoga with Kasia as she guides you through a blend of gentle movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques. Find your inner peace and stretch away the stresses of the day.💃 VXN Workouts: Get ready to sweat and dance your way to fitness with VXN! This high-energy workout uses commercial choreography (aka what you'd see in music videos or concerts) to create a diverse, inclusive dance experience! The classes are designed to create an environment where you can experience an emotional release, mind-body connection, and a sense of community all while burning a ton of calories. We operate under the ethos that dance is for absolutely everyone, and we pride ourselves on being inclusive and offering a safe, judgement free zone.
