Gaffa is a creative precinct located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Our mission is to foster creativity across art, craft and design.Our specialised jewellery workshops service a vibrant community of designers and makers. In our building – a heritage-listed 19th century police station – we are home to four galleries, artist studios, workshops, café and an arcade of boutique businesses.Mindful Making is a workshop that is part of our mission to support creative living within Sydney’s CBD.

Gaffa Creative Precinct

Take this fun workshop to learn how to recycle your junk into jewellery!
This workshop will help you to conceptualise your ideas, prepare your materials and make simple clasps and brooch backs.
Materials will be provided, however feel free to bring along your own if you have a project in mind!
Workshop will be led by Jenny Du, a jeweller who specialises in repurposing found and discarded objects into wearable jewellery.
