Frequently asked questions

How to I get to the retreat?

We'll have a car share in WhatsApp for all to use. There is also a bus from NYC to Monticello which you can take, and then Uber to the resort a few minutes away.

What is your confidentiality policy?

All conversations at the Mindful Leadership Retreat follow the Chatham House Rule -- an agreement between meeting participants that allows people to use the information from a discussion, but they can't say who the speaker was, or what organization they're from.

What is the refund policy?

100% until March 14th. No refunds after that time as we have to pre-pay the retreat center. We will work to convert any non-refundable fees into coaching and/or breath work sessions for you or your team members.
