The holidays can be hectic!  Take a timeout before the mad rush begins and learn some healthy ways to manage stress and care for yourself.  Licensed Professional Counselor Sara Ralph will present tips and strategies you can use to stay mindful throughout the holiday season. She will close the session with a guided meditation so you leave refreshed and with a sense of purpose and control.  Please register in advance.
