Mindful Eating Experience for Binge + Emotional Eaters

//most addictions have the same common thread...

… a reliance on an external substance to create a temporary feeling of safety.

Women who binge and emotionally eat continue to do so because it temporarily provides the body with a feeling of safety.

Anytime you rely on an external substance to create the feeling of safety in the body it creates addiction, this is why you must learn to cultivate safety internally.

When you've developed an anchor of safety in your body you wont need to use food to temporarily create that for you. This is what I refer to as Come to Food Fed.

This practice is essentially about accessing the safety you are consciously or subconsciously looking for from food within yourself.

Over time this removes layers of conditioning and programming so that you can eat according to your Authentic Food Rhythm rather than outdated patterns with food.

Bring something to eat, and join us for a night of mindful eating and conversation about Coming to Food Fed.

Here’s what women have to say about the last one:

“I don’t actually want to eat this anymore.”

“I feel emotional”

“I feel calm”

“I feel held”

“I don’t actually enjoy eating foods I thought I loved”

Can you imagine feeling calm around your trigger foods or recognizing that you don’t actually want to eat something that you think you cant live without?
