Even when the vibe is warm, your body is already running a background check: Is it actually okay to be here?That tension is real. And it's worth naming.Mindful Conversations is a body-based gathering designed to take that pressure off the table entirely.We start by slowing down — not as a warm-up, but as the actual work. You'll be guided through somatic body language exploration: learning to read what your body is already communicating, without having to explain it to anyone else first. From there, we move into a breath and sound journey to open up what's ready to surface.This isn't a workshop where you need to have an insight. It's not a share-circle where silence feels awkward.
