Mindful Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Moving Meditation and Total Body Fitness with Jamie

Join us for an incredible online experience that leverages the power of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for total body fitness. Led by the amazing Jamie, this event will help you find inner peace while working on your physical strength, balance, and flexibility.

During this session, you will learn to synchronize your breath with flowing movements, with each step counted similar to ballet, allowing you to achieve a state of mindfulness and deep relaxation.

You will progress through Sun Salutations (Suryanamaskar A and B), followed by a sequence of standing poses, including balance poses, each pose held for five breath cycles. Then you will transition to a set of floor poses, incorporating deep twists, stretches, backbends, and inversions.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Jamie's guidance will help you develop a strong mind-body connection and improve your overall well-being.

Beginners: Arrive 15 min before class for beginner orientation, or for help with poses.
