Mind Wellbeing Workshop

Fly Girls Wellness ( previously known as Ms Rose Blossom) is a coaching consultancy and community project that aims to empower girls and women in their creativity, health, and well-being through the delivery of arts, sports/fitness activities, and health forums.We provide creative writing empowerment sessions on a one to one basis and writing workshops for small to medium groups. Our inclusion policy welcomes men to our writing services and some health forums. Our sports activities include beginners running - Fly Girls Walking & Running Community - and other fitness activities for women only.In bringing the community together for arts education, fitness/sports and health forums we may collaborate with other organisations.

<H2>MIND WELLBEING WORKSHOP</H2>
<P>This workshop/health forum aims to promote mental wellbeing empowering healthy minds. In a supportive community environment the workshop is facilitated by a specialist practitioner from the NHS and in partnership with Embrace Beauty In You Organisation delivering a talk on wellness and mentoring, along with a talk from a Bereavement Counsellor. The event host is Ms Rose Blossom.</P>
