May is Mental Health Awareness Month! This event will be a networking event for mental health professionals during Mental Health Awareness Month. Recognizing that helpers need support too, this gathering offers a supportive space to connect, share insights, and build community, ultimately enhancing your knowledge, career, and overall well-being.

Target Audience: Mental health professionals (therapists, counselors, social workers, psychologists, students, advocates, etc...)

Event Overview: Mind & Meaning was created because helpers need support and connection too. In a field where we are constantly giving to others, it's easy to forget the importance of nurturing ourselves. This event also focuses on promoting self-care and emotional support among mental health professionals, as well as showcasing valuable resources available within the field. It provides a space for mental health professionals to come together, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships.

Goals for the Networking Event:

  • Foster Meaningful Connections
  • Facilitate Knowledge Sharing
  • Encourage Collaboration
  • Enhance Professional Development
  • Create a Safe and Inclusive Space
  • Promote Emotional Support and Self-Care
  • Strengthen Community Engagement
  • Showcase Available Resources
  • Increase Visibility and Recognition
  • Encourage Ongoing Interaction
