Event Overview: Mind & Meaning was created because helpers need support and connection too. In a field where we are constantly giving to others, it's easy to forget the importance of nurturing ourselves. This event also focuses on promoting self-care and emotional support among mental health professionals, as well as showcasing valuable resources available within the field. It provides a space for mental health professionals to come together, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships.
Goals for the Networking Event:
- Foster Meaningful Connections
- Facilitate Knowledge Sharing
- Encourage Collaboration
- Enhance Professional Development
- Create a Safe and Inclusive Space
- Promote Emotional Support and Self-Care
- Strengthen Community Engagement
- Showcase Available Resources
- Increase Visibility and Recognition
- Encourage Ongoing Interaction
