We don't need to be a mental health expert to be able to assist people in meeting their recovery goals, we just need to be open and willing to help effectively. This event will help you be able to identify possible symptoms of mental health crisis as well as prepare you to help get people the assistance they need safely and effectively for them and yourselves. No background in mental health required to attend, just an openness to learn!
