In order to prepare for success, you must spend the time gathering knowledge and networking with other high-level thinkers. With those goals in mind, the 14th Annual Mind Capture Bootcamp strives to help business professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders up their game with timely and relevant topics on leadership and growth along with high-level networking and sharing of best practices.

The conference is a full-day interactive event featuring local and national speakers along with an innovation panel and group breakout sessions. The annual event was most recently held in Mackinac Island, Kalamazoo, and Traverse City. This year’s event theme is “Leadership Matters – Especially Now,” and will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 8:30am-5:00pm in Grand Rapids, MI. Venue selection is underway, and the specific location will be announced as soon as it is selected.
The event draws attendees and speakers in both the business and non-profit sectors from across the U.S. The Bootcamp focuses on several key areas of deep interest to today’s leaders including mindset, employee productivity, client attraction and retention, sales, and sharing best marketing practices.
The full speaker lineup is confirmed and Rubleski is excited to announce that the following individuals will appear at this year’s event:

Event promotor Tony Rubleski is currently the president of Mind Capture Group which is entering its 20th year in business. Based in Grand Haven, Michigan, he’s also the creator of the bestselling Mind Capture book series. The ninth book in the series titled, So You Want to Write a Book, was released in May 2024. His work has been featured in various media outlets including Toastmasters magazine, The Detroit Free Press, the FOX TV network, ABC, CNN Radio, NPR, and Entrepreneur Magazine Radio. Last month he shared his first talk at TEDx Kalamazoo and he’s also served as a faculty member for the U.S Chamber of Commerce (IOM) and is a 1994 graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Marketing.
