Milk Life: Lactation Basics for Families 2024

The Milk Life Course is a 3 hour interactive class for expectant people. The class is designed to help lay the foundation for your feeding journey. We will discuss the benefits of human milk, anatomy and physiology, milk production and composition, latch and positioning, normal new born behavior and milk expression. Participants will know when to reach out for support and where to access support for some of the most common challenges in the early days, weeks and whole journey.

Each ticket covers the cost of one pregnant person, and ONE support person.

Plan to have your cameras on and mics accessible for this engaging experience. Come with all of your questions and your mind set on learning.
