Miles for Mind.....A charity event to support the work of Nottinghamshire Mind in memory of Heidi Lawton

Our challenges are in memory of Heidi, who lost her battle to anorexia and depression in 2017, she is much loved and is greatly missed. Sadly, we can't bring Heidi back, but what we can do is help Nottinghamshire Mind support others who are struggling as Heidi did. So, please help us to help Nottinghamshire Mind, by taking part in one of our virtual challenges.How It WorksSelect one of our virtual challenges which start at 30 miles and go up to a whopping 300 miles, complete your target distance within the month of October.All participants will receive a Miles for Mind medal as a thank you for taking part and supporting Nottinghamshire Mind, As well as access throughout October to DW Fitness gym and pool facilities free of charge.PLEASE NOTE: This is a virtual event to be completed by participants at home at their own pace.
