Migration Summit Reflection Sessions

The Migration Summit is a month-long global convening designed tobuild bridgesbetween diverse communities of displaced learners, universities, companies, nonprofits and NGOs, social enterprises, foundations, philanthropists, researchers, policymakers and employers around thekey challenges and opportunities for refugee and migrant communities.We are looking to activate and establish communities of practice to come together to create more inclusive, generative, and sustainable spaces for systemic collaboration. The Migration Summit centers the perspectives and experiences of refugees, migrants and displaced persons to co-create prototypes, proposals, and recommendations to advance pathways to learning, livelihood and dignity.

Migration Summit 2023

The Migration Summit in April 2023 will focus on the theme “Co-creating Pathways to Learning, Livelihood, and Dignity” through virtual and in-person events hosted by participating individuals and partners around the world.

<p>In this interactive session, we invite attendees of the Migration Summit to join us for an informal reflective conversation on the key themes and questions they are pondering over the course of the Summit.  Faciliated by the Summit co-chairs Lana Cook and Lorraine Charles, the session will provide a safe space for participants to share their learnings and reflections.  The session will include a short grounding mindfulness practice, journaling, and breakout discussions to help participants reflect and process as we collectively work on the systemic challenges and opportunitise facing migrant and refugee communities.</p>
