Migration Brewing 5K Fun Run

The Oregon Brewery Running Series is about inspiring Oregonians to Get Active, Have Fun, and Give Back. We host untimed family-friendly 5K fun runs that start and end at some of Oregon’s best breweries.Participants walk, jog, or run approximately 3.1 miles, then drink beer! Everyone is invited to enjoy the day’s entertainment: live music, great food, giveaways and activities with partners and sponsors. Everyone receives a craft brew, and collectors pint glass or seasonal swag item. 10% of our proceeds help support our nonprofit partners.

Join us at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 22 at <A HREF="http://migrationbrewing.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Migration Brewing </A>and enjoy a 5k-ish fun-run throughout the Kerns neighborhood of Portland! Located at 28th and NE Glisan, we encourage you to walk, jog, run…no one cares! We’ve mapped out a course that starts and ends at Migration and our guides along the way will make sure you know where to go.
All participants receive a craft brew from Migration Brewing, collectors pint glass or seasonal swag item, and other goodies from series partners.

<H2>About the Race</H2>
Let’s consider this an “un-race” as it goes against many principles of other 5k races you may be familiar with. This is not timed and you will not get a medal when you finish. We also don’t close down any streets, but will make sure your route is safe and fun!

This will be an OPEN course, meaning roads will not be closed.You are responsible for obeying all traffic laws and regulations

You must bring a valid ID or drivers license. You do not need to be 21 to enjoy the course, but you must be 21 to enjoy the beer. Please drink responsibly. (Registered, underage participants will receive a FREE non-alcoholic beverage)

We run rain or shine! Dress appropriately for the weather
</LI>

There will not be a bag check; please plan accordingly
</LI>

<H2>Race Day Details</H2>
The fun-run starts at 11:00 AM sharp! Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start to get checked-in. Don’t forget some extra money. In addition to your FREE beer and swag, there will be merchandise for sale, food, and plenty more beer!
As is the case with most places in Portland, parking is tricky at Migration. There is public parking on the streets nearby and we always encourage carpooling and safe, designated drivers.

The display local art, are kid friendly and have real dart boards and a huge front patio with big picnic tables that encourage community gathering. They don’t bottle (yet), but you can get Growlers filled on Sunday for just $8!
