    Join the RI State Archives at a reception for its new exhibit, Mighty Voices: Petitioning for Change throughout Rhode Island History.

    A brief panel discussion will take place from 5 p.m. – 5:45 p.m., and the State Archives will remain open until 7 p.m. for guests to view the exhibit and enjoy refreshments.

    The panel discussion will feature members of the RI Department of State staff whose work focuses on civic engagement, discussing what civic engagement has looked like in the past, how it has evolved, and the Department’s efforts to broaden civic engagement among Rhode Islanders.
