What is the schedule for the convention and when do doors open/close?

Doors open Friday at 4pm CST and close at 8pm CST. Saturday will be 10am to 8pm. Sunday will be 10am to 7pm.

Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the convention?

Yes, there will be a variety of food trucks available on-site as well food options inside of Hyvee Arena.

Is there a dress code or cosplay guidelines for the convention?

No, there is no dress code or cosplay guidelines for Midwest Fest.

Yes, there will be a variety of vendors selling exclusive products & merchandise.

We have an open media policy at Midwest Fest! Feel free to capture and share as much content as you’d like!

Yes, we offer a fully accessible environment for all attendees!

What tournaments will be available and how do I sign up to participate?

Featured tournament games are at Midwest Fest: Call of Duty, Apex Legends, and Rocket League. You can register to play by purchasing a Tournament Entry ticket or through the purchase of either a General Admission or VIP Midwest Fest ticket (GA and VIP MWF ticket grant access to all three events).

What types of games will be featured at the convention?

How do I register for a tournament?

You can buy an individual tournament ticket that is good for one event. GA and VIP tickets include access to all tournaments hosted at Midwest Fest.

Is there an age requirement to play in a tournament?

Participants must be at least 13 years old or older.
