Ab Workout

JTM FITNESS TEAM

During our ab workout, you’ll go through a series of focused core exercises designed to tighten, strengthen, and sculpt your midsection. We use short work periods with brief rest so you keep your heart rate up while targeting your abs. This workout helps burn calories, improve core strength, and boost overall stability. This class is great for all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting or already active and want to level up your core. Our trainers will guide you through every movement, including crunch variations, planks, leg raises, and standing core moves. You’ll work your upper abs, lower abs, and obliques so nothing gets skipped. One of the best parts is efficiency. In about 45 minutes, you’ll get a strong core burn and a solid workout without spending hours in the gym. Perfect if you want visible results and a stronger core without wasting time.

Deep Stretch

JTM FITNESS TEAM

After the abs workout, we’ll move into a deep stretch session to help your muscles recover and loosen up. This part of the class focuses on slow, controlled stretches for your core, hips, lower back, and legs to reduce soreness and improve flexibility. You’ll be guided through each stretch so you can relax, breathe, and let your body reset. Deep stretching helps improve mobility, prevent tightness, and speed up recovery so you leave feeling lighter, not stiff. This is your time to slow down, calm your breathing, and let your body recover from the work you just put in. You’ll finish class feeling more flexible, refreshed, and ready for your next workout.
