Fashionable attire is encouraged but not required.</h3>Activities include: <ul><li>A doggy red carpet experience complete with PUParazzi</li><li>A costume contest with a local celebrity jury, emceed by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/brigittebidet/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Brigitte Bidet</a>.
