Fantasy Events in the PNW
Have you ever felt like the Pacific Northwest is lacking something magical? Something like fantasy driven events for adults? I do, and that's why I created Moss and Mushroom Events. My name is Monique, nice to meet you!
Moss and Mushroom Events will be hosting fantasy-themed events all over the PNW. Our events will be intimate, theme-driven renaissance festivals held in picturesque settings, featuring artisan merchants, live music, themed activities, and more!
A Midsummer's Dream Fairy Tea Party: 11:00 - 3:00 PM
Moss and Mushroom Events is hosting A Midsummer's Dream: A Fairy themed High Tea event. This will be a family-friendly (12+) event, and will include:
- High Tea served by Friday Afternoon Tea @fridaytea
- An exclusive-to-this-event tea blend
- Pastries served by Owl’s Nest Coffee and Tea @owlsnestolympia
- Fairy clothing available for purchase from @celticmoonlighting
- Professional Photography provided by Kathryn Michie @katie_michie
- Live music featuring local harpist Tiffany Russell
- A vendor faire with a community of like-minded fantasy lovers

A Nighttime Revelry After Party: 6:00 - 10:00 PM
Following our afternoon High Tea, we are hosting our first 18+ only event: A Nighttime Revelry Ft. Derina Harvey Band. This will be an evening celebrating the alluring siren song of the world of the Fae. This event will include:
- A sundown fairy dance party with a live performance from the Derina Harvey Band! @derinaharveyband
- An exclusive flash tattoo event offered by @faehaventattoos and @sphinks.tattoos
- Alcohol-free libations paired with a charcuterie feast provided by @evergreengrazingco
- An evening vendor faire with a community of like-minded fantasy lovers
- And more to come!
Frequently asked questions
Not only is it encouraged, but it is expected! There will be a photoshoot available to showcase your costumes and commemorate the event. There will also be options to buy clothing and accessories at the event.
There will be a designated outdoor smoking area at the event. Please respect the venue and do not smoke unless in the designated area.
We will check the IDs of everyone attending the Nighttime Revelry segment of the event to ensure everyone is 18+.

There will be both vegan gluten free options provided at the Midsummer’s Dream Tea Party for those with food sensitivities, provided by The Owl's Nest.
