Calling all lovers of the stinky-slimy fermented bean:
Honolulu's 3660 On the Rise and Chef Russell Siu will play host to the 6th midsummer celebration of Natto Day. 
At 6:00pm, we'll start things off with an appetizer station that will have:
Seasoned Ground Pork Quesadilla with Natto Guacamole
Crispy Fried Tofu with Scallions, Garlic & Natto
Tomato & Natto Bruschetta - Assorted Chips!
At 6:45pm we'll begin dinner service at our tables starting with:
Salmon Tartar Scented with Natto
Daikon Strings & Slivered Onion Salad with Natto & Ponzu Sauce
Golden Fried Panko-crusted Shrimp with Natto Shiso Aioli
3660 Bi Bim Bap Yakisoba with Kalbi & Natto
Green Tea Panna Cotta Honey'd Natto
One-night-only buyout of 3660 On the Rise Ballroom, because seriously, who else can stand it besides natto lovers?
Only one condition: You must love natto, because THERE WILL BE NO OTHER FOOD.
The ticket price INCLUDES tax and tip. Fully validated parking in building or street parking, BYOB corkage fee of $15 per bottle which is a very good deal.
