Middle Housing Code Amendment Draft Code Information Sessions

Learn more about the anticipated upcoming changes to regulations to permit and encourage middle housing in the City of Bellevue.

The City will be holding three public information sessions to share key components of the draft code for middle housing regulations. Middle housing includes housing types between single family homes and midrise multifamily homes, and accessory dwelling units. The events will also provide information on how this approach aligns with recent changes to state law that requires most cities to permit these housing types more broadly in residential areas. The in-person event will be drop-in , where you may come at any time, review information boards and speak with project staff.Registration is required to get the meeting link.
