Middle Eastern Feast

Middle Eastern Feast

Overview

Discover the rich flavours of the Middle East through hands-on preparation of mezze and aromatic mains

Middle Eastern Feast

Start your culinary journey with iconic Middle Eastern mezze like creamy hummus and crispy falafel. In this hands-on workshop, you will master mixing and shaping falafel from spiced chickpeas, blending tabbouleh, and baking za’atar-infused pita bread. You will also learn to work with tahini, turning simple ingredients into a silky, shareable Levantine spread. To complete the feast, you will prepare a herb-packed sauce and end the experience on a sweet note.

By the end, you will feel confident putting together a full Middle Eastern feast to share with anyone at your table.

You will leave with printed and digital versions of the recipes, new experiences and knowledge, new friends, and, of course, your culinary creations to share with others (or enjoy on your own!).

The recipes are shaped by what the market has to offer, so the full menu is only revealed on the day of the workshop.
