Some say King Midas was cursed—all he touched turned gold. We say it wasn't a curse on a man but some magic inherent in the Touch of a hand!

At Midas Touch: Goldrush! we gather to celebrate the alchemy that occurs when queer bodies, creativity, and connection collide. When we show up for each other, the ordinary transforms into something luminous. For one night, the dancefloor becomes a bootie-shaking goldmine - bodies shimmer. Sweat glows. Energy compounds and collides.

Every smile.

Every glance.

Every brush of skin.

Come adorned in liquid gold, gilded fantasy, glittering treasure, or raw ore fresh from the mine. Whether you're a shining coin, a decadent monarch, or a mysterious prospector seeking treasure, bring your brightest scintillating self (look book here to help get you inspired) and come dressed to the golden 9's and join the rush! After dark on 4/18 touch turns into treasure.

STRIKE GOLD IN THE MAIN ROOM (upstairs)

Step into a radiant landscape of shimmering gold and molten light, where beats ripple through the crowd like a veins of something super precious pulsating deep in the earth.

Our DJs will be spinning a rich seam of house, disco, and deep underground grooves designed to keep bodies moving and spirits aglow.

As the music builds, the dance floor renders you elemental: your soul soars aloft in a glittering rush of movement and connection as you lose yourself in the rhythm.

Let the night polish you until you gleam…and note that the DJ lineup is coming soon (check back last week of March).

DESCEND INTO THE GOLD MINE (downstairs)

Underneath lies a deeper cavern, a hidden vein of intimacy and exploration.

Here the lights dim, the energy thickens, and the pulse of the night slows to something more primal. Wander through shadowed corridors where connection lingers in the air and curiosity leads the way.

The Gold Mine is a place for discovery, whether you're seeking quiet conversation, soft connection, or something a little more daring.

Throughout the venue you'll discover shimmering pockets of experience:

Consent is law - ask before touching and “no” is a full sentence.

ACCESSIBILITY & EVENT INFO

The event is open to 21+ people of all genders. It is hosted in an older building that is not fully wheelchair accessible. Though there will be a dance area upstairs, the main dancefloor will be in the basement and will only accessible by stairs. It may at times be crowded, lighting may be poor and strobes may be used in areas. This is not a scent-free event.

People of all genders are welcome to use any bathroom they prefer.

Comfort & Joy is here for you: if you ever need support or have concerns at our parties, please find one of our 'vibe-raters' (purple glow collars) and ask away, report some realness or swoon and sway as needed (note: EMS will be available onsite).
