With so much on your to-do list it is easy to find it challenging to enter into a state of stillness. All of this busyness can lead to exhaustion and an increase in stress which opens the door to reduced patience, poor diet choices and a host of other emotional, mental, and physical challenges.

Let me help you with setting aside only 15 minutes during the middle of your week!

Emerging Lotus Meditation Center invites you to join us on Wednesdays from 12:15 PM - 12:30 PM EST for a brief moment of meditation. This combination of guided and silence meditation via Zoom is designed to help you recenter, refocus and recharge as well as help you gain clarity on your daily intentions.

The room will open at 12:10 PM and will close at 12:14 PM.

In order to ensure the time is meaningful please:

  • enter the with your camera off
  • remove yourself from any distractions
  • enter in silence
  • have an open mind
