Mid-Deployment Success: Care Packages

Mid-Deployment Success is a fun and interactive workshop designed to promote deployment success through self-care for the spouse or significant other at home during a separation or deployment. It includes information about stress management, staying connected, dealing with emotional ups and downs, and resources. Topics include:

• Physical Fitness

• Relaxation

• Nutrition

• Education

• Networking

• Goals

During this workshop you will have the opportunity to meet other spouses going through deployment, hear about amazing resources and self-care tips and tricks from MCCS and all about what San Diego County has to offer while decorating Care Package. USPS Boxes, cut outs and craft supplies will be provided.
