Do I need to attend the entire session(s)?

Yes, attendees are expected to attend the full session. No make-up sessions will be provided.

Should I bring my laptop?

Participants are advised to bring a laptop with Microsoft 365 installed, if possible. For those who are unable to bring a laptop, one will be provided to you.

Are refreshments provided?

Accepted Answer

Coffee, tea, water, and snacks will be available throughout the session. If you are attending the full-day session, you will have a break to eat lunch. The Rio Salado College Cafe is located in the building next to the conference center and has a variety of food and beverages for purchase.

Do you offer any discounts for government or nonprofits?

Accepted Answer

At this time, we don’t offer government or nonprofit discounts. However, we’re happy to explore group pricing, customized training, or other options that may help meet your needs.
