Microsoft Excel for individuals who are familiar with Excel tools and capabilities and want to know more!

Instructor, Tim Edwards, will provide four sessions of instruction in Microsoft Excel 2016.

Class meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings - February 6, 8, 13, & 15.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the class?

There is no minimum age requirement for Microsoft Excel. Most of the students in Continuing Education computer courses are adults.

Where is the class held and where do I park?

This class will be held in the Center for Excellence in Information Technology and Electronics (building CEIT) on the Albany Tech campus. You will receive a parking pass by email before the class starts.

What can I bring into the event?

You will be issued a textbook on the first night of class and it is a good idea to bring it every night to class. Eating and drinking is not permitted in the computer lab but there is a breakroom in the building. There is no smoking allowed on the Albany Tech campus.

What's the refund policy?

You can request a full refund through Eventbrite up through January 31. Eventbrite will be able to refund your credit card. After January 31 this option is no longer available. At that point, you must notify Albany Tech Center for Business Solutions at 229-430-3867. It may be possible to transfer your enrollment to another person or receive a credit for a future class.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It would be a good idea to bring your ticket to class, especially if you registered late. It is not required.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Students enrolled in this class may transfer their enrollment to another person. Please contact the Center for Business Solutions to do so. 229-430-3867.

Will I receive college credit for this course?

No. Microsoft Excel and most other continuing education classes offered by the Center for Business Solutions are NON-CREDIT courses. You will receive an Albany Technical College Certificate of Completion at the end of the course.

What happens if I am unable to attend all of the classes in this course?

This course meets for four nights. The instructor will award a Certificate of Completion if he feels you successfully completed the course. There will be no refund or credit issued if you missed classes.

What if the class is cancelled?

Due to minimum enrollment requirements, classes are cancelled from time to time. You will be notified if a class is cancelled, and arrangements will be made for a refund or credit.
