Come join us at Mission Trails for a microdose hike! Connect to nature and each other. We will begin by honoring and respecting the earth, the indigenous cultures, and the plant for the wisdom and healing before setting off on an easy hike up Oak Canyon. The theme, if needed, is breath and connecting to breath as the plant medicine slows us to ground into the earth.
This is for all psychonauts looking for community and a space in which healing work is heroic work.

The hike:
Oak Canyon Trail near Old Mission Dam in Mission Trails.
Easy 4 mile round trip
Hike follows a stream with waterfalls and beautiful Live Oaks.
