Formaggio KitchenFormaggio Kitchen has been an institution in Cambridge, Massachusetts for over 40 years - a gourmand's paradise doubling as a neighborhood grocer. Cheese is our specialty and our classes offer an opportunity to experience an exquisite selection from near and far. Our mongers choose cheeses that are tasting best at the time and pair them with wine, beer and classic, or sometimes surprising, accompaniments. Classes usually run about 1.5-2 hours.To purchase a spot, select the class you are interested in from the list below and register online. What's the difference between Brie and Camembert? What's a Bloomy Rind? Find out in this short, focused Micro Class!

We are now offering Micro Learning Events! Our new Micro Classes are meant to be fun, informative bursts of information for more casual learning, with plenty of time for Q&amp;A. In this short class (30-45 minutes), your instructor will discuss the origins of Brie and Camembert, what they have in common, and what sets them apart.This event will take place on Wednesday, September 30th at 7:30pm. In order to participate, please follow these three steps: 1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! The flat rate of $5 guarantees that you will receive a Zoom link within 24 hours of the class. This ticket is your admission to the classroom. 2. Choose your bundles! In the ticket add-ons, choose either a Small (fit for two) or Large (fit for four) Cheese bundle. 3. Pick up your bundles the day of the class! Bundles can be picked up at our Huron Avenue location anytime after 12 noon on the day of the class (9/30). Please note: our last pick up time is between 4-5pm.
