Seafood Galore Dinner:

Come and enjoy with friends, and other fellow foodies, this unique culionary treasure from the arcades of Mexican seafood cooking traditions.

Menu:

Caldo cantinero de camaron:

This spicy shrimp soup is served at ultra-traditional cantinas in Mexico (usually complimentary) to open the appetite and encourage drinking of patrons. We serve it with extra camarones for a luxurious version. What a better start?

Ceviche trio tostadas:

1) Tuna with crispy leek

2) Mahi-Mahi en aguachile verde

3) Snapper with mango

Black-ink rice

This super dramatic rice dish made with squid and squid ink is a showstopper. Creamy Arborio rice, fish broth, squid , squid ink, and peppers, all add up to a ton of flavors to match its color. Some people say it tastes “like the ocean on a bite”. Enjoy a dish that nowadays is an obscure culinary delight that few ever have a chance to try.

Elote cake The spongy bread on this cake is made with fresh white corn from the cobbs, then served topped with custardy sauce and mezcal syrup.

Drink: A craft drink from our host Southern Brewery included. Non-alcoholic drinks also available
