She will delve into the rich origins and history of League 0f United Latin American Citizens and the Mexican American civil rights movements. Afro-Latina Born to Mexican immigrants in Cuero, Texas, Dr. Orozco's insights offers a unique perspective.

Dr. Orozco's books include: Pioneer of Mexican-American Civil Rights: Alonso S. Perales., No Mexicans, Women, Or Dogs Allowed: The Rise of the Mexican American Civil Rights Movement., and Agent of Change.
