The Mettle Method virtual course provides a customized virtual learning journey designed to help navigate the intricate dynamics of caregiving relationships. The topics we’ll cover include rolling with change, aesthetics, perspective, making difficult decisions, grief, empathic distress and burnout, challenges to a sense of self/identity/roles, navigating healthcare, the nature of intimacy, and changes to relationships.

- People living with serious, chronic or terminal illness
- People caring for a loved one living with an illness
- People working in the healthcare system to care for patients and caregivers
- People with aging parents who want to be prepared for the next phase of life
- People navigating grief due to the loss of another person

The program is provided over the course of 4 days with a break on Wednesdays.

We use Zoom for our online program. Separate calendar invites for the dates and times of the trainings will be sent to the email used for registration.
