There’s nothing better than a cold, creamy bowl of homemade ice cream on a hot summer day—unless it’s piled high with home-made chocolate sauce, seasonal fruit, home-made candied nuts, and more! In this joyful summer class, you’ll learn how to make a classic vanilla ice cream base and a fruit-forward variation, plus two must-have toppings: rich chocolate sauce and crunchy candied nuts.


Whether you're building the ultimate sundae bar or just craving a scoop made with love, this class will give you the tools to turn any day into Sundae Funday.


You’ll make:

  • Vanilla Ice Cream Base
  • Seasonal Fruit Ice Cream Base
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Candied Nuts
