MetaMusic means beyond music, or beyond what so far you have considered music to be. In this context, music becomes experiential, functional, a metaphor of life, and it carries healing, inner guidance, and deep transformative properties.

MetaMusic Modules are 2-hour online sessions of studies and practices about some musical instruments and techniques used by Laura Inserra during her sound journeys and healing practices. In these sessions you get an in-depth understanding of specific approaches, techniques, topics, and instruments useful to create resonant fields from which deep transformation, inner guidance, and healing arise.

Starting on Saturday May 1st, 11am - 1pm Pacific Time, Laura Inserra will host a 9 weeks/modules program with the below topics.

Open to Everyone and Students of all levels. All the sessions will be recorded and shared with the participants after the class.

A: Yes. You can still purchase the Full Course and get the benefit of the video recordings and the resources shared.

Q: Can I register only for a single part? 

A: Yes. You can take any single module of your interest. These are all stand alone sessions even if they are conceived as parts of a whole.

Q: Do I need to have a music instrument or to be a musician?

A: No. You are an instrument and a sound alchemist already in your daily life. Just come and share that - your voice and your own gifts are what is needed. Plus we will make instruments together... that's my favorite part ;o)

Q: Can I get benefit from the course if I miss the live classes?

A: Absolutely! You can access the recordings and resources of all course at your convenience. Thanks to the MetaMusic Network platform they will all be available in a super well organized space with all shared materials and resources. In addition, there will be opportunities to meet during the week through the MetaMusic Network with practicums, lectures, and any sub-group you might like to create and attend.

A: It’s a great way to engage live and pre-recorded teachings and each other from the comfort of your home! All you need is a computer, mobile device, or telephone. If there’s more than one person in your household taking the course, you’ll each need your own connection. We use Zoom video conferencing to make it just like an in-person event, where you can ask questions and deepen your exploration of the course themes.
