Join Crystal for an hour of an all levels Metal yoga! Then stay to drink a beer (or two!) and mingle. Bring your friends!

This will be all levels class held inside the Widowmaker Taproom in Brighton! We'll flow to a curated playlist to the sound of Type O Negative, Black Sabbath, Monolord and MORE! No props will be needed except a mat. It will start slow and build. Expect to Sweat, Deeply Stretch and Surrender into a Savasana.

Crystal Rose is latina punk who has been practicing yoga and meditation for 15 years. Like most, she came to yoga for the physical benefits, but continued for the emotional and mental benefits. Yoga allowed her to breath deeper, reduce anxiety and increase her focus, both on the mat and in life. She has a passion for Ayurvedic Self Care and all things Lunar.

She's all about making yoga acessible to POC and Alternative Folks who may be scared away from trying it because they don’t fit the stereotypical mold for a yoga practitioner. Her classes are intentional and powerful, but open to all-levels. Come practice yoga, breathe deeply & find peace of mind.
