What is Merry Madness?
Merry Madness, a Portland Downtown event, brings thousands of residents and visitors downtown for a one-of-a-kind holiday shopping experience. On this special night, more than 75 shops stay open late (until 10pm) so that shoppers can enjoy a truly magical evening exploring all that downtown has to offer.
Please note: Merry Madness is 21+ and rain, shine, or snow.

How does it work?
Your fun starts with a Merry Madness Kickoff Party at a beautiful and historic venue: the U.S. Custom House. When you arrive, you’ll receive star treatment and some fabulous perks including:

Once you have your official glass, get ready to shop ’til you drop at our many participating locations. The shops will stay open until 10:00pm and you can follow the map to find holiday treasures for everyone on your list. Adding to the fun: your Merry Madness glass will get you free beverages and nibbles throughout the evening. Bliss!

How do I get tickets?
Merry Madness tickets ($20) must be pre-ordered here on Eventbrite. Tickets will not be available at the door!
When you order your tickets, you will be required to select an arrival time (the three choices are 4-5pm, 5-6pm, or 6-7pm). Please plan to arrive at the Custom House within your selected 1-hour timeframe.
All ticket holders will be automatically entered to win some awesome raffle prizes – generously donated by downtown businesses!
