Young chefs, this colorful camp is for you!! Kids will mix, measure, chop, and blend using summer’s most COLORFUL ingredients. Each day, campers will make a savory snack to eat, a bright smoothie to enjoy, and a sweet treat to take home. Join us for one, two or all three days of Cooking In Color!
What are we making?!
- Day 1: RED and ORANGE - Homemade Strawberry Shortcakes, Sweet Potato Fries with dipping sauce, Orange Creamsicle Smoothie [*Recipes contain dairy and gluten]
- Day 2: YELLOW and GREEN - Lemon Bar Pies, Scallion Pancakes with dipping sauce, Mean Green Smoothie [*Recipes contain dairy, egg, gluten and soy]
- Day 3: BLUE and PURPLE - Mixed Berry Crumble, Bright Beet Hummus and Vegetable Dippers, Purple Power Smoothie [*Recipes contains dairy and gluten]
This camp is open to children ages 5-10. This is a drop off class. Children will be asked to respect our behavior expectations during class.
What’s included in the camp?
- Admission for 1 child (aged 5-10). Each participating child needs their own ticket.
- All tools and ingredients needed to make our recipes
- Two “eat here” recipes and one “take home” recipe
- A fun and enriching experience for your kid chef!
*This camp runs June 25-27, from 10:00-11:30 am EACH DAY. Kids can sign up for 1, 2 or 3 days of camp.
