Join us for a virtual session to learn how to effectively establish mutually beneficial expectations for the mentoring relationship!

Designed for faculty in biomedical sciences, this Mentoring Refresher will focus on aligning expectations with your mentees. Expectations are brought into every experience. Learn how to sync the expectations of you and your mentees to minimize misunderstandings and maximize productivity in your lab. Mentoring Refresher sessions are designed to provided a deeper look at mentoring topics. It is strongly recommended that attendees complete a Foundational Mentor Training workshop or equivalent before participating. Facilitated by Cintia de Paiva, MD, PhD, Professor of Opthalmology (BCM).This session will be held on Tuesday, April 8 from 12:00-1:30 pm.
