You will learn how to apply relaxation techniques to stay calm under pressure, how to approach championship season, & how to build mental toughness in the off season.

Who is the Mental Skills Day Camp for?

This camp is designed for any aged athlete who want to learn how to strengthen their mental game to reach the next level in their athletics. This camp is also for coaches who want to learn techniques to use with their teams.

Will we be in a classroom the whole duration?

We will be in a classroom setting but we will be moving our body plus taking breaks.

What should I bring?

It is encouraged for you to bring a pen, paper, a water bottle & snacks if you need them.
