This inagural workshop brings together media, academics and the MLC community to understand and lighten the mental load.
Influencers, creators, media and the MLC community are naming the invisible labor millions of people carry every day. Academics are producing the rigorous research behind it. The Connect Workshop puts them in the same room. Researchers present their latest findings in short, focused segments, followed by an extended discussion with the people who bring this work to the public.
