Mental Health - whose problem is it anyway?

Are we too ready to dismiss the importance of our mental wellbeing? Or do we see it as such a complex issue that only those who are medically qualified can deal with it? Dr Andrew Collins, a Christian psychiatrist, and Director of the certificate programme at Biblical Counselling UK is going to help us think about what the bible has to say about some of the issues surrounding how we look after our own mental health and how we care for others, who are struggling in this area.
