Mental Health Training For The Workplace

Dr. Timothy Day is a licensed psychologist with 14 years of experience currently practicing as the Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor at Confluence Health. He completed his doctorate degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and attended his post-doctoral fellowship at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. He currently leads the BESIDE program at Confluence Health which focuses on providing support to employees struggling with occupational stressors and adverse patient experiences. He is also adjunct faculty at Wenatchee Valley College where he has taught for the last 7 years. Dr. Day has a wide range of clinical interests, including lifespan development, supervision/mentorship, integrated behavioral healthcare, and workplace wellbeing.
