Welcome to Mental Health Thursday, a safe and welcoming support group designed to provide a space for individuals to navigate life's challenges together. While it's important to clarify that Mental Health Thursday is not therapy, it serves as a valuable complement to professional mental health services.

In this group, participants come together to share their experiences, offer support, and exchange coping strategies in a non-judgmental environment. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, stress, or any other mental health issue, you'll find solace and understanding among peers who are on similar journeys.

Although this is not therapy we are asking for donations of $10. Donations will help provide refreshments and materials needed for our groups.
