What is your refund policy?

We ask that you are a 100% certain that you can attend this event prior to purchasing your ticket as this is non-refundable.

What if someone wants to accompany me after I have purchased my ticket and sales are closed?

Because we have to ensure a accurate head count to all the depts. that will be working the event and ensure everyone has a meal, space in the classes and a bed we ask for all ticket sales to be done prior to registration closing. You can always contact us to see if there is any more availability.

What is the check in and out time?

Check in time is from 3:00pm til 4:00pm Friday May 17th. (No late arrivals) We do make exceptions for those driving or flying in from another state. Check out time is Sunday May 19th at 12:00 noon.

Is this location wheelchair or handicap accesible?

Yes it is

Can I bring my kids?

As much as we love the kids this retreat is catered to those 21years old or older. We are working on something for our teens in future so keep your eyes open and follow us to get first hand information about future events.
