Mental Health Reimagined: A Summit on Youth Well-Being is a 1-day conference focused on exploring innovative strategies to support the mental health of youth in and from foster care. Hosted by FosterClub, in partnership with the Oregon Department of Human Services, this second annual summit invites attendees to explore diverse approaches to mental well-being.

We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, and extend a special invitation to Oregon young people aged 14 to 23 with foster care experience. From yoga to creative writing, inclusive fitness to music, participants will discover a range of activities tailored to their interests.

The main objectives for this year’s summit are to:

  • Promote the importance of mental health and wellness for young people.
  • Highlight the value of peer-support for youth in promoting mental health and well-being.
  • Explore new strategies to approach mental health and well-being that resonate with young people’s individual preferences and unique identities.

Who should attend:

  • Young Adults with Lived Experience in Foster Care
  • ILP Workers
  • Child Welfare Leaders
  • Case Workers
  • Parents, Resource Partners & Caregivers
  • Mentors
  • Mental & Behavioral Health Professionals
