We would like to invite people to join us at Newton Community Centre on the 22nd May 10am-12.30 for a moment of reconnection and recovery.
A morning of 3 parts, grieving the past, becoming present and choosing the future. A held open meeting that offers a space for people to connect with each other and explore the possibilities for mental health recovery in the community moving forwards.
Please come as you are, we offer a nonjudgmental meeting that’s flexible to explore current challenges faced, whilst also looking ahead with the question ‘What can we do?’. We will have a range of creative activities and discussion points, as well as tea, coffee and biscuits!
You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you like.
