Register today to reserve your free seat to this valuable life-saving training being held on JULY 28th. At the end of this course, you will receive a certification that is good for 3 years.

EXACT LOCATION at the University of Delaware will be provided closer to the training date. (Perkins Student Center)

This course is open to UD employees including faculty, staff and misc-wage employees at no cost to you. NOTE: REGISTRATION CLOSES ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT to give time to give attendees access and time to complete PRE-WORK.

What is Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)?

Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary.
