About this event

Would you like to explore the links between autism and mental health? The impact it can have, and how we can help our loved ones. In this session, we will explore burnout, self-harm, and co-occurring conditions such as depression and anxiety.

Would you like to chat to others who are going through the same as you and share what has worked, or not worked for you and your family?

The session will be facilitated by one of our Peer Educators who all have lived experience. We will share information about sensory issues and support we can offer at home and at school.

Great Minds Together is holding this online session for parents/carers & Personal Assistants of autistic children, young people and adults on the diagnostic pathway living in the North-West of England (however, no diagnosis is needed).

Our Drop-In is free to attend and is held virtually online.
